"We have recently moved to Kansas from New Mexico. Of course that meant finding a new State Farm agency. We selected the Greg Aldridge Agency because it was located near our new home. We met with Jordan Wallace and he has become our Personal Account Representative. Today, I called to inquire about our Auto Insurance rate and Jordan reminded me that we needed to move our Liability Umbrella and replace our homeowner's policy with a Renter's policy as a result of our new situation. He carefully talked through our needs and desires for coverage, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the products we needed. He also mentioned the possibility for additional coverage which we are now considering. It was a great experience! Like a good neighbor, State Farm was there!"
