"Really awesome office, everyone I’ve spoken to here is very knowledgeable and always positive & happy to help. They have made the transition from renter to homeowner painless and explained every detail to me. Usually I would do everything electronically to avoid spending time talking to another person but this office surprisingly makes it very easy and painless to call with any questions or changes and I prefer it to just doing it myself. I had State Farm since I started driving and made a switch to USAA for a year or two where family had a long standing relationship and in comparison they provided nothing close to the service and care I get at State Farm. Making the switch back was a no brainer!"

"I filed a homeowners insurance claim for roof damage from hail. I encountered delayed and non-responsive assistance from the Claims Division. Fortunately an employee (Kimberly Humphrey) at my SF agent's office (Greg Aldridge), got involved and served to run interference for me with the Claims Division. She repeatedly followed up promptly and assisted in getting the actions and resolution needed. Kimberly's assistance is exemplary of all the contacts I have made over the years with my agent's office."

"I gave this office a 5-star review before. Now I’m replacing it with the truth. Updated 8/1/2025 – After originally leaving a 5-star review for this branch in March 2025 - because Kimberly H. helped get my policy reinstated - I was blindsided again when State Farm re-canceled my auto policy just two months later. After one at-fault accident - my first in eight years - State Farm decided to cancel my policy. What’s worse? They also used a January 2022 accident that was absolutely not my fault as part of the justification, even though I provided both the police report and LexisNexis report proving it. I was side-lined by someone changing lanes without signaling. The police officer clearly stated the other driver was at fault. But the underwriting team still used that incident against me. Here’s the only part from my original March review I’m keeping intact: My auto insurance policy was canceled due to two incidents - one speeding ticket and one at-fault accident - that were years apart and not reflective of my usual driving habits. I reached out in hopes of getting it reinstated. Initially, I was told it wouldn’t be possible, but Kimberly H. went above and beyond by filing an appeal on my behalf. Thanks to her efforts, my policy was reinstated and my rates remained the same. I truly appreciated the dedication and support from this team. I highly recommended them… until they turned around and canceled my policy again - after I paid in full, and with no new incidents. I tried everything to get this reversed. I spoke with Kim and Brian T., who both went to bat for me. Kim was successful in getting my policy reinstated. They asked me to write a glowing 5-star review for their efforts - and I did. I paid my policy in full. Three weeks later, State Farm canceled me again. No appeals allowed. No reconsideration. No concern for facts or fairness. Just a robotic, bureaucratic underwriting team punishing loyal, paying customers over two mistakes years apart - plus a non-fault accident they refused to correct. Breakdown of what happened: January 2022: Hit by a driver who changed lanes without signaling. 100% not my fault - confirmed by police and LexisNexis. November 2022: One speeding ticket - set to drop off in 3.5 months. October 2024: One at-fault accident - my first in 8 years. March 2025: Policy reinstated. Paid in full first week of May. May 2025: Policy canceled again - with no appeal option. Let me be clear: ✅ One at-fault accident in 8 years. ✅ One speeding ticket (about to expire). ✅ Verified non-fault accident used against me. ✅ Paid in full after reinstatement. And still - dropped. This is not how you treat customers who follow the law, communicate clearly, and make good on their payments. Thanks to State Farm’s recklessness, I’m now uninsured and facing a huge spike in premiums at a time when inflation is already crushing people. If you're looking for an insurance company that says it’s “like a good neighbor” but will drop you like a bad habit after one mistake - go with State Farm. If you want a company that ignores facts, proof, and basic fairness - go with State Farm. But if you expect even a shred of loyalty, common sense, or decency? Look elsewhere."

"Karen was so very helpful in dealing with underwriting when I was trying to insure my classic van at an agreed value. She went way above and beyond, taking pictures of my showroom condition 30-year-old conversion van, finding comparable vans that had sold at higher prices, and staying in contact with me on her interactions with underwriting. Without her help, I would have had to go to an exclusive "classic car" insurer with higher premium costs.
